What happens on the day of hire?

On the day of hire a member of staff will deliver and set up the bouncy castle in the allocated space you would like.

Upon collection they will then deflate and pack the equipment away.

• If postcode is outside our 12 mile delivery zone radius (prices may vary)

• If postcode is in the congestion zone

• If there is a flight of stair(s) at the venue (prices may vary)

• If there is a long walking distance to the venue (prices may vary)

• If an outside booking on a floor surface that isn’t natural grass

 Payment options

All bookings must be secured by a £35 refundable deposit being paid by the customer. The refundable deposit will be refunded via bank transfer should there be no damage or excessive dirt on the equipment.

We aim to refund all deposits within 2 to 7 days after your booking.
