Pink Surprise Dolls Bouncy Castle


The pink surprise bouncy castle is 10x12ft making it the perfect size for little ones.


This bouncy castle is beautifully designed and looks amazing with dolls on both pillars, the arch and back wall of the castle, making it a win for jumping fun!


The size is ideal for inside and outside bookings, in which all spaces must be measured to ensure there is a 3ft space between the bouncy castle and any type of wall, fence or other obstacles.


This bouncy castle is suitable for children from the age of 1 years old to 6 year olds and a maximum of 4 children can jump on it at a time, so adult supervision is required at all times.

How do I book?

All bookings must be placed online via the
book now button. We cannot take bookings
over the phone. You’ll then receive a an
email stating we have received your
booking. Once your booking is noted in our
calendar you’ll then receive a confirmation
email alongside our bank details for the
payment of the damage deposit which will
secure the booking. Once the damage
deposit is paid your booking wil be

sent within 48hours after you have received
your booking received email.

All deposits must be paid within 12 hours
after you have received the confirmation
email. If the damage deposit isn’t made

during that time your booking will be
automatically cancelled.

Can I check for item availability?

Can I check if I’ll be charged for delivery?

Yes by going to the book now button it’ll
take you to the booking form where you can
enter your full postcode in which will
generate a delivery fee if your outside our 5
Mile radius.


What time are your phone lines open?

Our phone lines are open between 10am
and 5pm on Monday to Friday only. Please note our WhatsApp,
emails and text message is 24/7, however
we may take 48 hours for a response

Please check your emails for invoices and
confirmation emails.


What happens on the day of hire?

All equipment is set up by a member of staff from Childsplay Hire. A member of staff will find a suitable location to place the equipment then set it up. Upon collection a member of staff will deflate the bouncy castle and pack away.

Please note that the designs of products may differ slightly to the picture at times. However, they will always remain in the LOL colours and theme.

Add on’s can only be added to bookings that have been booked in a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.



All bookings must be secured by the customer paying a refundable holding deposit of £30. This deposit will be returned to your account via bank transfer after the booking. The holding deposit is held in case of damage and dirt to the equipment. The holding deposit can be done via debit / credit card or bank transfer.


The outstanding balance (if customer paid deposit and not full payment) must be paid before we arrive at the booking.


This can be done via bank transfer. You will be sent the payment details before we arrive.


If paying full payment, the holding refundable deposit will be included in the price. We will refund you the £30, as long as there is no damage or dirt on the equipment.



Surprise Dolls bouncy castle is: £75 (excluding holding deposit)


Holding refundable deposit is £30 making total amount appear as £105.


Please note: The holding refundable deposit will be returned to you, if there are no damages or dirt on the pink surprise dolls bouncy castle.


Additional Fees

Please note:

  • If your postcode is outside our delivery zone radius of 5 miles you will be charged per mile, after the 5 mile radius (prices may vary).
  • If your postcode is in the congestion zone you will be charged an additional fee.
  • If there are a flight of stairs at the access point of your location you will be charged an additional fee.
  • If there is a long walking distance to the access point of the hire location, you may be charged additional fees (prices may vary).




Winter Month Hires

All gardens whether communal, home or venue bookings will be collected at 4pm during the winter months due to reduced lighting outside.

For hire indoors during the winter months whether home, venue, communal space; Can be collected up to 7pm free of charge or after at additional charges by the hour.
