All personalised designs start from £100 and up.

How do I book?

All bookings must be placed online via the
book now button. We cannot take bookings
over the phone. You’ll then receive a an
email stating we have received your
booking. Once your booking is noted in our
calendar you’ll then receive a confirmation
email alongside our bank details for the
payment of the damage deposit which will
secure the booking. Once the damage
deposit is paid your booking wil be
confirmed.

Please note the email confirmation may be
sent within 48hours after you have received
your booking received email.

All deposits must be paid within 12 hours
after you have received the confirmation
email. If the damage deposit isn’t made

during that time your booking will be
automatically cancelled.

THE PHONE, VIA INSTAGRAM, TEXT
MESSAGE OR WHATSAPP.

Booking online and makiny payment of the

Can I check for item availability?

Yes by going to the book now button it will
take you to the booking form where you can
see if the item you want is available

 

Can I check if I’ll be charged for delivery?

Yes by going to the book now button it’ll
take you to the booking form where you can
enter your full postcode in which will
generate a delivery fee if your outside our 5
Mile radius.

 

What time are your phone lines open?

Our phone lines are open between 10am
and 5pm on Monday to Friday only. Please note our WhatsApp,
emails and text message is 24/7, however
we may take 48 hours for a response

Please check your emails for invoices and
confirmation emails.

What Happens on the Day of Hire?

All equipment will be set up by a member of our team in the space customers have allocated. Upon collection a member of the team will dismantle and pack the ball pit away.

 

Customers please ensure all balls are put into the ball pit at the time of collection. Failure to do this will lead to customers loosing their refundable deposit.

 

Additional Fees

• If your outside our 5mile radius you will be charged a delivery fee (prices may vary)
• If your postcode is in the congestion zone you will be charged an additional fee
• If there are a flight of stairs at the venue you will be charged an additional fee
• If there is a long distance to walk to the access point of the venue, you may be charged an additional fee

 

Payments

This booking must be secured by paying a refundable deposit of £50. This deposit will be returned as long as there is no damage or excessive dirt on the equipment.

All deposits will be refunded via bank transfer.

 

The outstanding balance (if customer paid deposit and not full payment) must be paid before the driver sets up the equipment.

 

Price

7ft x 4ft deep white ball pit £200 (excluding refundable deposit)

7ft x 4ft deep white ball pit £250 (including refundable deposit)

 

Personalisation

For personalised designs there is an additional minimum charge of £55. All design can be made in any which way you please.

Winter Month Hires

All gardens whether communal, home or venue bookings will be collected at 4pm during the winter months due to reduced lighting outside.

 

Please inform us if the garden you’re hiring or home garden has sufficient lighting (proof will need to be supplied via email. Proof being pictures).

 

For hire indoors during the winter months whether home, venue, communal space; Can be collected up to 7pm free of charge or after at additional charges by the hour.
