Health and safety

It is our number one priority to meet the health and safety guidelines regarding COVID-19, to ensure all our employees and customers are safe and protected at all times when hiring party and toy equipment.

We have now implemented PPE for all employees before they deliver and when delivering and collecting bouncy castles, party hire and toy equipment. This consist of drivers temperatures being checked before hires. Face masks and gloves, will also need be worn throughout the installation process.

We now provide a contactless delivery and installation process, whereby party hire equipment will be delivered to home addresses, community halls and outside booking. For customers who want to book or booked already, please let us know if you feel any signs of illness related to coronavirus

The process will be:

  • We will call customers via telephone or mobile upon reaching customers address whereby the customer can then proceed by allowing us to enter through households, to the garden area via an outside side entrance, or corridor entrance whereby it is accessible to reach the garden. We are now doing indoor set ups (this can be community halls and venues alike) whereby customers must remain at a 2m distance at all times. Where 2m distance is not possible customers and employees must remain at a 1m distance. (The 2m, 1m rule is also required for garden set ups).
  • When setting up the bouncy castle or soft play, customers must be away from the garden location or indoor location where the installation is taking place and remain at a 2m distance at all times. (customers should preferably remain inside the home for garden installations)
  • It is important to note that this is the same procedure when collecting. Upon collection we will also be required to steam all equipment hired after use before putting it down, which may take between 15 mins – 30 mins. (Please specify before hire, if you are ok with this).
  • Once we have collected bouncy castle or other party hire equipment, we will give them a further deep clean by steaming and sanitizing all equipment thoroughly just as we’ve always done. 


Please inform us immediately – if anyone in your household is experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19, as we will not be able to continue hiring.

Please ensure the rule of 6 is being implemented at all times. You can find COVID – 19 guidance here. 

Just so all customers are aware all trades people are currently exempt from the rule of 6, which means we can go into a household of 6 without breaching the limit as we are conducting work. You can find more information here.


Contactless Payments

It would be best if customers could pay online, however where this may not be possible, customers have the option to leave the cash in an envelope where we will be installing hire equipment. 



All employees have been instructed to follow the above protocol to keep customers and themselves safe.
