Whatever your choice of illustration, go ahead and let us know 2 months before your hire date, so we can have your personalised bouncy castle produced before your booking.  


Bespoke panels

Want customised panels with a special message? All bouncy castle can be transformed with a personal message at the top of the castle whilst still incorporating your favourite bouncy castles.


Example messages can be:

“Happy Birthday Sarah”

“Happy Birthday Jordan”

‘Happy 5th Birthday”

“Have a Smashing Day’

Additional Fees

Please note:

  • If your postcode is outside our delivery zone radius of 12 miles you will be charged per mile, after the 12 mile radius (prices may vary).
  • If your postcode is in the congestion zone you will be charged an additional fee.
  • If there are a flight of stairs at the access point of your location you will be charged an additional fee.
  • If there is a long walking distance to the access point of the hire location, you may be charged additional fees (prices may vary).


How do I book?

All bookings must be placed online via the
book now button. We cannot take bookings
over the phone. You’ll then receive a an
email stating we have received your
booking. Once your booking is noted in our
calendar you’ll then receive a confirmation
email alongside our bank details for the
payment of the damage deposit which will
secure the booking. Once the damage
deposit is paid your booking wil be

Please note the email confirmation may be
sent within 48hours after you have received
your booking received email.

All deposits must be paid within 12 hours
after you have received the confirmation
email. If the damage deposit isn’t made

during that time your booking will be
automatically cancelled.



Please note all phone calls, messages sent
via email, text or WhatsApp are only for
enquiries and do not confirm bookings.
Booking online and makiny payment of the
damage deposit secures your bookings.


Can I check for item availability?

Yes by going to the book now button it will
take you to the booking form where you can
see if the item you want is available


Can I check if I’ll be charged for delivery?

Yes by going to the book now button it’ll
take you to the booking form where you can
enter your full postcode in which will
generate a delivery fee if your outside our 5
Mile radius.


What time are your phone lines open?

Our phone lines are open between 10am
and 5pm on Monday to Friday only. Please note our WhatsApp,
emails and text message is 24/7, however
we may take 48 hours for a response

confirmation emails.




As these are bespoke designs the prices will change depending on the design, print, the amount of panels used, and the bouncy castle.


PLEASE NOTE: The price displayed only includes the bouncy castle price. The design, print and panels, are excluded from the price displayed.


What Happens Next?

When we receive your order we will ask you questions surrounding your design and theme. Once you are happy with the design we have produced or you have supplied we will require a deposit for the design and a refundable deposit for the bouncy castle hire, which will secure your booking. The deposits differ depending on the amount of panels you require. if you would like to cancel your booking, the deposit for the design and printing will be non-refundable after the booking has been placed. However, your refundable deposit for the bouncy castle can be refunded as long as we are informed 48hours prior to your booking. On the day of hire the outstanding balance will need to be paid before the driver arrives,


Deposit Payments

Please note: the refundable deposit is £50. The deposit secures your booking.

The panels can be made for  the bouncy castles listed below.
  • Purple and pink bouncy castle (12×12ft) – consists of 3 panel designs
  • Green and blue bouncy castle (12x15ft) – consist of 5 panel designs
  • Blue bouncy castle with side slide (17x15ft) – consist of 5 panel designs 
  • Pink and purple bouncy castle with front slide (12x18ft) consist of 5 panel designs


Winter Month Hires

All gardens whether communal, home or venue bookings will be collected at 4pm during the winter months due to reduced lighting outside.


Please inform us if the garden you’re hiring or home garden has sufficient lighting (proof will need to be supplied via email. Proof being pictures).


For hire indoors during the winter months whether home, venue, communal space; Can be collected up to 7pm free of charge or after at additional charges by the hour.
