We also offer a dry hire service (please see price below).
All ball pit balls must be placed back into the bag upon the drivers arrival. (bags will be supplied by the driver)

Our dry hire services consists of dropping the soft play package at your location (whether home, or venue) and you the client setting up all the equipment. Once you have finished all equipment must be packed down by yourself whereby we will ONLY collect.
All bookings must be placed online via the book now button. We cannot take bookings over the phone. You’ll then receive a an email stating we have received your booking. Once your booking is noted in our calendar you’ll then receive a confirmation email alongside our bank details for the payment of the damage deposit which will secure the booking. Once the damage deposit is paid your booking will be
confirmed. Please note the email confirmation may be sent within 48hours after you have received your booking received email. All deposits must be paid within 12 hours after you have received the confirmation email. If the damage deposit isn’t made during that time your booking will be automatically cancelled.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS OVER THE PHONE, VIA INSTAGRAM, TEXT MESSAGE OR WHATSAPP.
Please note all phone calls, messages sent via email, text or WhatsApp are only for enquiries and do not confirm bookings. Booking online and making payment of the damage deposit secures your bookings.

Our phone lines are open between 10am and 5pm on Monday to Friday only. Please note our WhatsApp, emails and text message is 24/7, however we may take 48 hours for a response Please check your emails for invoices and confirmation emails.
This bookings must be secured by paying a refundable deposit of £30. The refundable deposit is taken in case of damage to the equipment, excessive dirt on the equipment, loss of equipment, and for
balls not being put back into the ball bag.
The outstanding balance can be paid when making payment of the refundable deposit. Alternatively, the outstanding balance can be paid before your day of hire, or on the day of hire before the
driver sets up. The outstanding balance can be paid via bank transfer, or cash. Customers will be sent all necessary details in regards to outstanding balances the day before their hire.
Please note: The refundable deposit will be returned to you, if there is no damage, excessive dirt, loss of the equipment, or balls are put into the ball bag,
All gardens whether communal, home or venue bookings will be collected at 4pm during the winter months due to reduced lighting outside. Please inform us if the garden you’re hiring or home garden has sufficient lighting (proof will need to be supplied via email. Proof being pictures).
For hire indoors during the winter months whether home, venue, communal space; Can be collected up to 7pm free of charge or after at additional charges by the hour.
Please be aware that if your postcode is outside our 5 mile delivery radius, or in the congestion zone you may occur additional charges. You will also incur additional charges if there are stairs at the location of hire.
