How do I book?

All bookings must be placed online via thebook now button. We cannot take bookingsover the phone. You’ll then receive a anemail stating we have received yourbooking. Once your booking is noted in ourcalendar you’ll then receive a confirmationemail alongside our bank details for thepayment of the damage deposit which willsecure the booking. Once the damagedeposit is paid your booking wil beconfirmed.Please note the email confirmation may besent within 48hours after you have receivedyour booking received email.All deposits must be paid within 12 hoursafter you have received the confirmationemail. If the damage deposit isn’t madeduring that time your booking will beautomatically cancelled.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS OVER THE PHONE, VIA INSTAGRAM, TEXT MESSAGE OR WHATSAPP.

Please note all phone calls, messages sent via email, text or WhatsApp are only for enquiries and do not confirm bookings. Booking online and makiny payment of the damage deposit secures your bookings.

Can I check for item availability?

Can I check if I’ll be charged for delivery?

Yes by going to the book now button it’ll take you to the booking form where you can enter your full postcode in which will generate a delivery fee if your outside our 5 Mile radius.

What time are your phone lines open?

Our phone lines are open between 10am and 5pm on Monday to Friday only. Please note our WhatsApp, emails and text message is 24/7, however we may take 48 hours for a response Please check your emails for invoices and confirmation emails.

Winter Month Hires

All gardens whether communal, home or venue bookings will be collected at 4pm during the winter months due to reduced lighting outside. Please inform us if the garden you’re hiring or home garden has sufficient lighting (proof will need to be supplied via email. Proof being pictures).

For hire indoors during the winter months whether home, venue, communal space; Can be collected up to 7pm free of charge or after at additional charges by the hour.
