Additional Products: If you’d like to add extras (such as popcorn machines or other inflatables), select “Yes” and choose from the list. If a list doesn’t appear due to a system issue, simply add any extra items you’d like in the “Additional Comments” box at the bottom of the page. A customer service agent will then add it to your order and send an updated quote via email.

Is Your Booking at A Residential Address Or Venue: Please specify if the setup will be at a home (residential address) or a commercial/event venue. This helps us plan for the type of delivery needed and provides us with the correct context for timing and access requirements.

 

Access: For Homes deliveries are usually scheduled between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Please specify if you require a specific time. For Venues, please provide the earliest possible time we can arrive to set up. This is important to ensure we can accommodate your booking, and that setup is completed well before the start of your event.

 

What Time Does Your Event Start: Enter the exact start time of your event. This allows us to ensure that setup is completed, and everything is ready before guests arrive.

 

What Time Is Collection: Specify the time you would like us to return for collection. This helps us coordinate our team to dismantle and pick up equipment at a convenient time for you.

 

Departure: For Venues Indicate the latest time by which we must vacate the venue. For Homes, please specify the latest time you’ll allow us to collect the equipment. This is essential to avoid any conflicts with venue policies or your personal schedule.

 

Is There Stairs To The Access Area Of Hire: Let us know if there are stairs that our team will need to navigate to reach the setup area. If there are, an additional £12 charge will apply for the extra handling required.

 

Additional Location and Surfaces: Outdoor setups on surfaces like concrete, artificial grass, decking, tarmac, or tile have an added charge. Please send images via email or WhatsApp to help us determine the exact cost. This charge only applies to bouncy castles, obstacle courses, and inflatable slides.

 

If Located In Your Garden, Please Confirm the Measurements: It is your responsibility to measure the space to ensure the equipment will fit. You may also send pictures, note that we cannot confirm dimensions based on pictures alone. Accurate measurements are essential for us to prepare the setup appropriately. your space.

 

There Parking Outside The Location: Let us know if there is parking available at the setup location and specify the distance from parking to the setup area. This helps us plan for unloading and transporting the equipment efficiently.

 

Do You Understand There Is a Refundable Deposit: Please acknowledge that a refundable deposit of £30 is required in addition to the main hire cost. This deposit will be returned after collection, once our warehouse team has confirmed the equipment is in good condition. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the refund to process and reach your account.

 

Do You Have Access to Electric: Indicate if there is access to an electrical outlet. If you don’t have access, please reach out to us by email, WhatsApp, or phone so we can help you arrange alternatives.

 

Do You Require an Extension Cable: Let us know if you will need an extension cable to reach the power source. This helps us prepare all necessary equipment in advance.

 

Please Ensure the Equipment Is Left in the Same Condition: Equipment should be returned in the same condition as delivered. If it is not, your refundable deposit may be withheld to cover cleaning or repairs.

 

VAT Policy: For returning customers and domestic hires with a spend of up to £150 without the refundable deposit, we cover VAT. For all commercial hires (businesses, churches, schools, councils, and charities), a 20% VAT will be added to your invoice. We keep records of all returning customers.

 

Do You Understand All Last Collections Are Between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.: Our standard collection window is between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., with collections routed for efficiency on the day. If you require a later collection, there is an additional charge of £20 per hour.
