How do I book?

All bookings must be placed online via the
book now button. We cannot take bookings
over the phone. You’ll then receive a an
email stating we have received your
booking. Once your booking is noted in our
calendar you’ll then receive a confirmation
email alongside our bank details for the
payment of the damage deposit which will
secure the booking. Once the damage
deposit is paid your booking wil be
confirmed.

Please note the email confirmation may be
sent within 48hours after you have received
your booking received email.

All deposits must be paid within 12 hours
after you have received the confirmation
email. If the damage deposit isn’t made

during that time your booking will be
automatically cancelled.

Can I check if I’ll be charged for delivery?

Yes by going to the book now button it’ll
take you to the booking form where you can
enter your full postcode in which will
generate a delivery fee if your outside our 5
Mile radius.

What time are your phone lines open?

Our phone lines are open between 10am
and 5pm on Monday to Friday only. Please note our WhatsApp,
emails and text message is 24/7, however
we may take 48 hours for a response

Please check your emails for invoices and
confirmation emails.

PAYMENT OPTIONS AND ADDITIONAL FEES

All bookings must be secured by the customer paying a refundable holding deposit of £30. This deposit will be returned to your account via bank transfer after the booking. The holding deposit is held in case of damage and dirt to the equipment. The holding deposit can be done via debit / credit card or bank transfer.

The outstanding balance (if customer paid deposit and not full payment) must be paid before we arrive at the booking.

This can be done via bank transfer. You will be sent the payment details before we arrive.

If paying full payment, the holding refundable deposit will be included in the price. We will refund you the £30, as long as there is no damage or dirt on the equipment. If your hire location is an outside booking taking place on concrete, you will be charged £25 extra. If your booking is in the congestion zone you will occur additional charges.

• Nerf Experience for parties of 5 starts at £110 (excluding holding deposit)
• Nerf Experience for parties of 10 starts at £140 (excluding holding deposit)
• Nerf Experience for parties of 15 starts at £170 (excluding holding deposit)
• Nerf Experience for parties of 20 starts at £200 (excluding holding deposit)

Holding refundable deposit is £30 making total amount for:

• 5 parties appear as £140
• 10 parties appear as £170
• 15 parties appear as £200
• 20 parties appear as £230

Please note: The holding refundable deposit will be returned to you, if there are no damages and dirt on the nerf equipment.
