What Do We Mean By Dry Hire?

Our dry hire services consists of dropping the soft play package at your location (whether home, or venue) and you the client setting up all the equipment. Once you have finished all equipment must be packed down by yourself whereby we will ONLY collect.

How do I book?

All bookings must be placed online via the book now button. We cannot take bookings over the phone. You’ll then receive a an email stating we have received your booking. Once your booking is noted in our calendar you’ll then receive a confirmation email alongside our bank details for the payment of the damage deposit which will secure the booking. Once the damage deposit is paid your booking wil be
confirmed. Please note the email confirmation may be sent within 48hours after you have received your booking received email. All deposits must be paid within 12 hours after you have received the confirmation email. If the damage deposit isn’t made during that time your booking will be automatically cancelled.

 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS OVER THE PHONE, VIA INSTAGRAM, TEXT MESSAGE OR WHATSAPP.

Please note all phone calls, messages sent via email, text or WhatsApp are only for enquiries and do not confirm bookings. Booking online and making payment of the damage deposit secures your bookings.

 

Can I check for item availability?

Yes by going to the book now button it will take you to the booking form where you can see if the item you want is available

 

Can I check if I’ll be charged for delivery?

Yes by going to the book now button it’ll take you to the booking form where you can enter your full postcode in which will generate a delivery fee if your outside our 5 Mile radius.

 

What time are your phone lines open?

Our phone lines are open between 10am and 5pm on Monday to Friday only. Please note our WhatsApp, emails and text message is 24/7, however we may take 48 hours for a response Please check your emails for invoices and confirmation emails.

 

Payment Options

All bookings must be secured by the customer paying a refundable holding deposit of £30. This deposit will be returned to your account via bank transfer after the booking. The holding deposit is held in case of losses, damage, dirt (of equipment) and balls not being put back into the ball pit. The holding deposit can be done via debit / credit card or bank transfer.

 

The outstanding balance (if customer paid deposit and not full payment) must be paid before we arrive at the booking.

 

This can be done via bank transfer, or cash. You will be sent the payment details before we arrive.

 

Price

• Shades of blue ball pit package £80 (excluding holding deposit)

 

• Shades of blue soft play package £120 (excluding holding deposit)

 

Holding refundable deposit is £30 making total amount appear for:

 

• Shades of blue ball pit package £110
• Shades of blue soft play package £150

 

Please note: The holding refundable deposit will be returned to you, if there are no damages or excessive dirt on the soft play packages.

 

EXTRA CHARGES

Please be aware that if your postcode is outside our 12-mile delivery radius or the postcode is in the congestion zone, you may occur additional charges.

Winter Month Hires

All gardens whether communal, home or venue bookings will be collected at 4pm during the winter months due to reduced lighting outside. Please inform us if the garden you’re hiring or home garden has sufficient lighting (proof will need to be supplied via email. Proof being pictures).

For hire indoors during the winter months whether home, venue, communal space; Can be collected up to 7pm free of charge or after at additional charges by the hour.
