How It works

Once you have booked we will endeavour to send the costume hire within 2 days of your booking. Once you have received your hire (which we will track), your hire will then commence. You will then receive a text message or email regarding the length of hire and the date in which you should send back the costume hire, by using the returns label supplied with the costume hire.

Please keep the returns label safe throughout your hire, otherwise you will need to purchase a new tracked returns label when sending the item(s) back to us.

Additional Fees

If items are damaged during hire, you will lose your £30 refundable deposit.

Payment Options

All bookings must be secured by the customer paying a refundable holding deposit of £30, as well as the outstanding balance of the costume(s). This deposit will be returned to your account via bank transfer after the booking. The holding deposit is held in case of damage and dirt to costumes. The holding deposit can be done via debit / credit card or bank transfer.

• 1 costume hire £25 (for month)
• 2 costume hire £40 (for month)
• 4 costume hire £60 (for month).
