When Should I Order my Personalised Party Plan?

We recommend ordering 8 to 12 weeks before your party. This gives you plenty of time to receive your plan, review our suggestions and make your chosen bookings.

Planning further ahead? You can order 3, 6 or 12 months in advance, especially for larger parties or popular dates.

Party coming up soon? Our Priority option is completed within 3 to 5 working days, but supplier and venue availability may be more limited closer to your party date.

Party must be at least 20 working days away when ordering. Please note the later you order, the less choice. We always recommend ordering at least 3, 6 or 12 months in advance. 

What this Service Does, and Doesn’t do

This is a personalised planning and recommendation service. We provide the research, suggestions, ideas and planning tools to make organising your party easier.

We do not book or manage your event on your behalf. Venue, entertainer and supplier availability cannot be guaranteed, and any third-party prices provided should be treated as estimates and checked directly with the supplier before booking.

You remain in control of the final decisions and bookings, we simply make the planning process much easier.
