Our Birthday Invitation Personalisation Service is designed for busy parents who want a professionally personalised invitation without having to make the changes themselves.

Simply choose one of the invitation designs you want, send us your party details, and we’ll personalise it for you. Your finished invitation will be supplied ready to send digitally to your guests or print at home.

How It Works

1. Choose your invitation

Our invitation designs are clearly labelled 1 to 10. Before placing your order, decide which design you would like us to personalise.

2. Choose your turnaround time

Select the personalisation service that suits when you need your invitation:

• Standard Personalisation: Ready within 14 days (£5)
• Priority Personalisation: Ready within 5 working days (£10)
• Express Personalisation: Ready by the next working day (£20)

3. Send us ALL of your party details

When placing your order, please use the Additional Message / Order Notes section to provide everything you want included on the invitation.

Please include:

• Invitation theme number (1 to 10)
• Child’s name
• Age they are turning, if you would like this included
• Party date
• Start time
• Finish time, if required
• Full venue name
• Venue address, if required
• RSVP name
• RSVP phone number or email
• RSVP deadline
• Any additional wording or information you would like included

For example, you may want to add information such as “Please arrive 15 minutes early,” “Socks required,” “Fancy dress welcome,” “Please let us know about allergies,” or another short message for your guests.

Please Check your Information Carefully

We will create your invitation using the information exactly as supplied with your order.

Please double check names, dates, times, addresses, telephone numbers, spelling and other details before submitting your order.

Missing information may delay your order because we cannot begin personalisation until we have received all the details required to complete your invitation.

Express Personalisation: £20

Need your invitation quickly? Choose our Express Personalisation Service and we’ll prioritise your order for completion by the next working day.

Express cut-off Time

To qualify for next working day completion, your order and all required invitation details must be received by 12:00pm UK time on a working day.

Orders or complete details received after 12:00pm will be treated as received on the following working day.

For example:

Order completed Monday at 10:00am → Ready Tuesday.

Order completed Monday at 12:01pm → Treated as a Tuesday order → Ready Wednesday.

Our Working Days

Please note that our working days are Monday to Thursday. Our office is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so these days are not included when calculating personalisation turnaround times.

For example, an Express order received before the stated cut-off on Thursday (after 12pm) would be completed by Monday, as Friday to Sunday are non-working days.

Bank holidays and other advertised closure dates are also excluded from turnaround times.

For all services, your turnaround time begins once we have received your completed order and all the information required to personalise your invitation. Missing or incorrect information may delay completion.

One Revision Included

Your personalisation service includes one revision after you receive your completed invitation.

This revision is intended for minor changes, such as correcting a spelling mistake, changing a time, adjusting an RSVP number or making a small wording change.

The included revision does not cover changing to a completely different invitation design or requesting a full redesign after your invitation has been completed.

Please send all requested changes together when requesting your revision. Additional revisions may incur an additional charge.

What You’ll Receive

Once completed, we’ll provide your personalised birthday invitation ready for you to:

• Send digitally through WhatsApp, text, email or other messaging services.
• Or print if you’d prefer to hand physical invitations to your guests.

Important

This is a digital personalisation service only. No physical invitations will be posted to you.

Please make sure you provide the correct Invitation Number (1 to 10) and all party details in the Additional Message / Order Notes section at checkout.
