All bookings must be placed online via the
book now button. We cannot take bookings
over the phone. You’ll then receive a an
email stating we have received your
booking. Once your booking is noted in our
calendar you’ll then receive a confirmation
email alongside our bank details for the
payment of the damage deposit which will
secure the booking. Once the damage
deposit is paid your booking wil be
confirmed.
Please note the email confirmation may be
sent within 48hours after you have received
your booking received email.
All deposits must be paid within 12 hours
after you have received the confirmation
email. If the damage deposit isn’t made
during that time your booking will be
automatically cancelled.

we may take 48 hours for a response

confirmation emails.
Bookings must be secured by paying a refundable deposit of £30 (this is not included in the price of equipment). Once your hire is finished, customers will be refunded their deposits after their hire between 5 to 10 days
should there be no damage, excessive dirt, or stains on the equipment, loss of equipment, and if all balls are put back into the ball pit at collection.
The outstanding balance can be paid on the day you secure your booking or on the day of hire, which will need to be made before the driver sets up. This can be done via a payment link, that we will send you, or via bank transfer or cash.
If you choose to pay the outstanding balance on the day of your hire, you will receive a text message, WhatsApp message or email with all the necessary details regarding payment the day before your hire.
Please not the refundable deposit will be returned to you if there is no damage, excessive dirt, loss of equipment and all balls are put back into the ball pit at collection.

All gardens whether communal, home or venue bookings will be collected at 4pm during the winter months due to reduced lighting outside. Please inform us if the garden you’re hiring or home garden has sufficient lighting (proof will need to be supplied via email. Proof being pictures).
For hire indoors during the winter months whether home, venue, communal space; Can be collected up to 7pm free of charge or after at additional charges by the hour.
Please note that if your postcode is outside our 12mile delivery radius you will be charged a delivery fee, if you live in the congestion zone you will incur additional charges, and if there are stairs at the venue you will incur additional charges.
